Our new project car is a 1965 Volvo Amazon (121) estate wagon. The car is drivable but requires significant work to reach the condition we desire.
This is what the car looked like when we picked it up:

Chrome details
To make the trim moldings and other chrome details shine, we use Autosol.
See how we did it in the video below.
Polishing the paint
We also polished the paint and it definitely
turned out much better than where we started!

Since we were going to showcase our new project at our open house event, we wanted to polish the car, even though it wasn't in great shape. To make the trim moldings and other chrome details shine, we use Autosol. See how we did it in the video below.

Brake booster
The first mechanical work we did on The VP Wagon was to install a brake booster. Since the car is driven occasionally, we want to make it as safe as possible to drive. Conveniently, we have just developed a new brake booster installation kit that is specially designed for Amazons (Volvo 121/122).
During the test drive afterwards, we immediately noticed a significant improvement in the braking performance. Additionally, the car used to pull slightly to the left when braking, which was also reduced with the help of the brake booster.

We started the work on the VP Wagon on the inside. The entire interior has been torn out and we have now put up a new headliner. The headliner we used is art. 690639.
